Annual awards for gen Starsky & Hutch fanfic, with multiple categories, both fic genres and authors (best Angst Writer, Humor Writer, etc.) The first awards were open to all gen S&H fanfic, including zine fanfic from decades before. Subsequent years were open to only online fiction with an occasional exception made for fanzines.
