Reactions and Reviews
TO EVERY MAN HIS DESTINY has considerable charm. It is totally unoriginal in concept -- Spock and McCoy, stranded [on] a primitive planet, meet a simple but dignified people, and McCoy falls in love with the chief's daughter. The story could be described as Edgar Rice Burroughs out of "Woman's Own," but it combines what is good in both genres. The plot holds our interest, there are some vivid wordpictures of tribal life, and the character of Tiri is convincingly drawn. [1]
