Plot
In this alternate universe, the Tenth Doctor never meets Martha Jones after his initial adventure with Donna Noble, dying as a result. Sensing that time is being rewritten, the Eleventh Doctor sends Amy Pond back in time to keep Ten alive.
When Amy returns to the present time, the Eleventh Doctor still harbors the love that Ten felt for her. Time has been rewritten.
Footage
Most footage comes from Doctor Who, save for the scene where Amy bids farewell to the Doctor which uses David Tennant footage from Einstein and Eddington, and a voiceover clip from an interview with Matt Smith where he says "I've sort of fallen in love with Amy Pond."

Only someone who is completely amazing can take two people, who've never been in one scene together, and make it look like they've been in a million films together. I normally don't watch this kind of video, but this was simply brilliant.
