The whole scenario of this story was fun to contemplate and I thought the authors' pinned down the characters of both Kirk and Spock quite well — Spock not wanting to damage Kirk's career and Kirk manipulating the situation his own way (as only he can).
The ending scene was wonderful - one of the most sensuous I've read in a long time. Of course, Spock couldn't resist his captain. And Kirk - giving anything to remain with his Vulcan. A good story. [1]
2006
Spock's a vulcan vampire. (Oy.) Trapped with Kirk too long, he indulges in his blood, forcing an orgasmic bond. Sarek is furious, not wanting the family secret out. Aboard Enterprise, Kirk throws out McCoy's supply of substitute (McCoy has known all along) to force Spock to take him again. [2]
