2007
It’s nice once in awhile to run across something totally different and this qualifies. Two authors given to humor of a K/S nature are writing a Pon Farr story together. What makes it unique is that we are there as they collaborate, go off on separate tangents and make hilarious comments about each other’s efforts. It’s kind of interesting how the “purple prose” that one of these ladies believes to be quite over the top is not atypical of what I consider to be a good K/S story. The interaction between these two is funny and irreverent and yet doesn’t completely overshadow a not-too-bad pon farr story with a happy ending. Can’t beat that! [1]
