Summary

From the publisher:

[This novel] ...begins at the same point as Without You but follows a different plot. Alex has kidnapped Blair and Jim must find him in Mexico, aided by Simon. Once he finds Blair, the two of them learn more about what it means to be Sentinel and guide and take part in an ancient ritual that will bring them closer than ever before.

From the Editorial

Hello and welcome to the second In Person Press publication dedlcaled to "The Sentinel" This another novel based on the cliffhanger episode, "Sentinel, Too, part 1" and was conceived before the airing of the ' canon" sequel episode which began the fourth season of "The Sentinel." We didn't know if the show would ever be back following the scene of a possibly drowned Blair Sandburg being pulled from the fountain on the Ranier [sic] U campus, we didn't know if Jim was right when he kept saying that Blair was alive. Though there are other stories devoted to what might have happened after the credits rolled in the first part of "Sentinel, Too," they are all very different from one another This one is the author's interprelation of the events leading up to what we saw In the episode and ideas of what might have happened afterwards.

Working with the author of this story has been a real pleasure and editing the manuscript was one of the most enjoyable duties an editor could have done I'd like to thank W D. for all the cooperation and angst that went along with publishing her "baby " Other thanks go to [Hindman] for her wonderful color illustration that captures the spirit of the novel so well. Thanks also go to the editor's indentured servants oops, I mean family members who helped in the production of the final product

So read the story with that in mind and enjoy the angst and of course enjoy the happy ending.
