The Neverending Legend is a Merlin fanwork by yue_ix. It was made for the reel_merlin round in 2009 and is a AU fusion with the movie The Neverending Story.
Summary: When Merlin borrowed a CD from his school's creepy librarian, he had no idea what kind of adventure he just started into motion, nor how important a role he would be playing in its conclusion.
The Neverending Legend consists of 7 large pieces of b/w fanart that are accompanied by short snippets that sound like excerpts from a longer story where we only get to read the illustrated parts.
