I swore by all that was holy that I was never going to touch Obi-Wan/Anakin slash, not with a 10-foot lightsaber. I mean, ew. And I'm a faithful, OTP kinda gal (for the most part) who refuses to admit that Obi-Wan's Real One True Love is anything less than hale and hearty. But Basingstoke changed my mind, and how! Although we haven't seen these two characters onscreen together yet (not counting Vader), Bas captures everything they could and should be as a master/apprentice team and potential lovers. And she makes me like it. Great and realistic character development, interesting plot, and a believable relationship--even if Obi/Ani makes you go 'ew!' give this one a chance[1]
