This was a beautiful 'what if' fic with a sweet build between MxA post S5. I appreciated that she stayed true to canon even though it sometimes ached. Just lovely.[2]

I feel that everyone has probably already read this, because who would not want to read an alternate Series 5 ending written by Destina? But it still bears mentioning, because perfect fix-it is perfect.[4]
