Author's Summary
Armin was convinced that it was the opportunity of a lifetime, but Eren just saw it as just another chance to fail. Nothing good could possibly come out of an internship in a stuffy office at Survey Corporation. Eren would have been content to sit and watch the remainder of his senior year pass him by. However, after one elevator trip, Eren finds himself questioning everything he thought he knew about life and himself.

Longest fic I’ve ever read, 60 chapters long, it turned me off at first, but after experiencing all the emotions, I read 50 chapters in A SINGLE DAY. There are many mixed opinions about this fic, but I must say, if you are in a good mood, don’t read it. If you are in a bad mood, don’t read it. (definite 10/10 like if you haven't read this then fucking google and go go go)I thought I'd start [my recs] with my personal favorite Ereri fic off all time! it's fucking wonderful if you're able to bear through the angst. the characters are believable and there's never a dull moment. you'll definitely fall in love with them and the setting very quickly. Lutte is a fabulous writer and I can't wait to see a sequel for this masterpiece (maybe? please, Lutte!)

If you are part of the Ereri fandom, you probably heard about this fanfic before. And you must read. Every Ereri fan should read The Intern. Coz it's fucking perfect. The plot is amazing, the characters are amazing, the development is amazing, and Lutte is amazing. Also, there's a new chapter every thursday, so you don't need to worry about the story being suddenly abandoned. If you're a fan of Eremin bromance you'll also love this story.[5]
