"The Holy Trinity" is a name used by fans of Korean novels to refer to either:
- Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, The Trash of the Count's Family, and The S-Class Heroes that I Raised, three prominent Korean novels with particularly large Western slash fandoms.
- Kim Dokja, Cale Henituse, and Han Yoojin, the protagonists of these three novels, who have several traits in common.
Explanation
All three novels are extremely popular among Western slash fans as well as in both Korean and international fandom in general. Additionally, all are in the process of being adapted as webcomics.
The three protagonists share many traits in common: all are self-sacrificing to a fault, all become caregivers for multiple people over the course of the plot, all have low opinions of themselves, and all have at least one ambiguous relationship with another male character.
Fans frequently create crossover art and fanfiction featuring the protagonists meeting, interacting, or being compared to one another. Fans of one of the novels will often be recommended the other two. [1]
