"The Duplicity of Light" is a Starsky & Hutch 172-page zine by Ashkevran-Angel. It includes poems by youtooblondie and art by Nicol Tyler. Included with every copy of the zine was a signed illustrated litho of Youtooblondie's poem.
The story was originally published for the 2012 Starsky & Hutch Big Bang and was later recreated as a print charity zine.
From the publisher: "[It] was created as a "for profit venture" with the full purpose to create, print, and make money for children with disabilities. While that terminology covers a wide spectrum, one of our main focus is kids with or on the Austim spectrum, such as Aspergers."
One hundred percent of its profit went towards the charity.
Summary
"Starsky & Hutch are assigned to guard duty, keeping watch over a high-value witness whose testimony could solve a brutal cold case from more than twenty years in the past. As often happens in their world, things may not be what they seem."
