In this light and delightful story, McCoy keeps avoiding Kirk until Kirk finally confronts him with the knowledge that Kirk and Spock are lovers.

The three of them had spent the night in a room in a palace on a planet that was totally freezing. McCoy was in an adjoining room and looked through a peephole to see Kirk and Spock—in flagrante delicto….

Really cute the way the story is told—Kirk tells his tale and McCoy tells his. Actually, it's downright sexy as McCoy is voyeur to K & S. You can't help but be intrigued by McCoy's observations. "McCoy had always wondered what the Vulcan's cock would look like when erect and now his curiosity was satisfied." Don't you wish?

Kirk and Spock decide to play a trick on McCoy to teach him a lesson, which admittedly is a little weird, but you kind of have to forget the reality and go with it. Spock challenges McCoy to an ancient Vulcan fight. I won't give away the surprise, but it's fun. Weird, but fun.

But it was a cute idea and not badly written, at all.
