The Cat Who Walked Through Time is a Doctor Who gen anthology with a feline theme. It is a charity zine whose aim was to raise $1,000 to assist feral cat rescues in Cincinnati. Edited by Tom and Alryssa Kelly.

The title may be a reference to The Cat Who Walks Through Walls, a science fiction novel by Robert A. Heinlein.
