- Same Actor Crossover is pretty common especially after the release of Bourne Legacy film which starred Jeremy Renner as Alex Cross; Renner portrayed Clint Barton/Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (Thor & The Avengers) and as William Brandt in Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol. Both are spy/assassin type roles which is similar Renner's role in Legacy. A common element is Alex Cross being a cover identity of Clint Barton.
