Template talk:Ref
This is really really confusing. I think it needs more nowiki tags around the template code itself, because I can't figure out from this how to place the references at the bottom. Should it be "notes" or "references"? I'm just going to copy & paste from somewere else, but I was so excited when I saw this template and then just couldn't figure it out. -- Msilverstar
- I think this is a throwback from an older method of footnoting. We ended up settling on a different method for automatic footnotes, which you can find info about at Help:Footnotes.
- I've asked my resident librarian/citation expert to come and have a look at these pages and figure out what to keep, what to ditch, and what to clean up. Thanks for bringing it to our attention :)
