List an article or section as containing spoilers

To add a general spoiler warning, add the following code at the top of the article or section:

To add a specific spoiler warning, add a pipe character | after Spoilers and then provide your reasoning. For example this...

{{Spoilers|[[character death]] in [[Game of Thrones]]}}

...produces the following notice:

Spoiler Warning: This article or section contains spoilers about character death in Game of Thrones. If this bothers you, proceed with caution.

All pages using this template are autoadded to Category:Pages with Spoiler Flag to assist Fanlore Gardeners in monitoring the usage of this template.
