Talk:Unhinged AO3 tags

I changed this to a page focused on the Twitter account because that was the title of the page, and moved some material to AO3_Tagging_System#Other_Uses_of_AO3_Tags, but there's still a section here that I'm not sure has anything to do with the Twitter account and is too long to fit in a section on the AO3 Tagging System page.
