The comic canon of the Teen Titans is...complicated. This cartoon actually has a corresponding comic too, I think, but that is outside the main DC continuity. Within the main DC continuity there have been several Titans teams and titles over the years. Teen Titans, New Teen Titans, Team Titans, Titans...then later when Dick led the Outsiders, Tim led a different team as Teen Titans, etc.--RatCreature 22:25, 27 July 2010 (UTC)

Ah, just checked the wikipedia entry and it does sound a bit complicated. I made Teen Titans a redirect to this page when I found Robin/Starfire and thought it should be linked to the main page, and this page appeared the only Teen Titans page, so at least until we have other pages it seemed most useful. I know very little about this fandom, I just want to keep the wiki easy to browse in the meantime. -- Kylara 21:06, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

Well, I could make a page about the comic series/teams that had this name, but the thing is, it's not as if separate DC comic series were their own fandom. I mean, of course there are Teen Titans centric fan pages and character shrines, and there are some comms that have Titan focus, but it's not its own fandom.--RatCreature 21:36, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

If the comics and the cartoons are part of the same fandom, then maybe we should have one Teen Titans page and add a section explaining the different media and whether fans consider them all a part of the same canon or not, etc. Or is there a split between the cartoon and DC fandom?--æþel 22:24, 12 June 2011 (UTC)
