Shouldn't Oblique mentioned in the first graph be Oblaque? Or am I conflating? Also, can someone identify Deb? And say what role she had -- she's just plopped in there with no explanation.--gwyn 06:18, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

Oblique is the press name; Oblaque was the Blake's 7 series they published. Dunno about which Deb it was, though. --Arduinna 07:25, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

Regarding the "Re-Writing Controversy," do we know some of the citations? Is it "Sources: the online Circuit library and Joan Martin's notes from 1996" from the bottom of the page? --Mrs. Potato Head 20:16, 21 April 2012 (UTC)

The "Sources" line was added together with a large chunk of the "notable work" section, it's likely that it refers to that section. The part about the "Re-Writing Controversy" was there from the beginning and something Sherrold added when she created the page. Maybe it was a personal memory and she was paraphrasing. --Doro 20:42, 21 April 2012 (UTC)
Doro is correct - the sources has to do with what works Sebastian wrote. One of the (many) issues in play in Pros fandom is who wrote what. Joan Martin sat down with a few of the UK writers in 1996 and had them identify their fanworks. This was following the demand of several UK authors to remove their fan fiction from the electronic email circuit library (most of them didn't have email accounts and had no idea how the library worked). Problem was: many of the circuit stories were unaccredited which led to stories being misidentified. Luckily, Joan had a direct connection to a few authors and was able to help clear it up. --MeeDee 20:55, 21 April 2012 (UTC)
