The rule against putting fans in the fandom categories is still in effect, right? Do we need a Star Trek Zine Publisher category?--aethel (talk) 02:34, 2 January 2021 (UTC)

- OK thanks! The original rationale for not including fans in the fandom categories was that it can be hard to define the boundaries of who counts as "in" a fandom and on the other hand there's a danger of fan pages overwhelming the fandom categories and making it hard to find the general fandom info. One workaround is just to make sure that the fans are linked from the relevant fandom pages (I just checked and Sandy is linked from various zine pages, so no problem there. I added wikilinks to the few unlinked instances I found).--aethel (talk) 16:24, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
