Hi DiviinerSpirit! We have a number of redirects and disambiguation pages for acronyms. They can be found in Category:Abbreviations & Acronyms. If an acronym is used to reference a fandom, fanwork or event, it can have a redirect. And if more than one topic shares an acronym, we would want to create a disambiguation page.
