Should this have a different cat? Resource? Newsletter? I couldn't decide. If it does, then it would need to have the same cat as Media Monitor and On the Double. --Mrs. Potato Head 19:14, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
- resource zine and template--æthel 19:38, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
- Switched it and a couple more. Thank you. --Mrs. Potato Head 19:48, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
Fandoms
Some wonderful covers! But some of them, I don't know the fandoms. Anyone want to put a another category on them? --Mrs. Potato Head 01:23, 12 August 2011 (UTC)
Category
Because I'm that shaky on this sort of cat, should these be Multimedia or Resource Zine? --Mrs. Potato Head 02:05, 12 August 2011 (UTC)
- Category:Resource Zines still. :) --Awils1 07:54, 12 August 2011 (UTC)
- All these adzines really need a category makeover, then, as I looked at three before I asked, and saw three different examples, evidence of my floundering. Another question: do subpages all get categorized the same as the main page? Example, Datazine. --Mrs. Potato Head 08:25, 12 August 2011 (UTC)
- I would say no. Subpages should get the categories that are relevant to the subpage and don't belong on the main page. For example, if you have a zine page, the main zine page would get the fandom category and maybe a decade category. The subpages would still belong to the same fandom so they don't need a separate fandom cat, but maybe the issues on that page are all from 2001 so it would need the more specific date category. Another example would be a page about a website with subpages for different sections of the website, for example a recommendation page. In that case the subpage would get the recommendation site category.
