Is that "Parallel Connections by Dale Edmonds Early", or "Parallel Connections by Dale Edmonds. Early-"? --Betty 03:32, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

Eek! Sorry about that. Fixed...--Sherrold 03:46, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

I guess I understand what "Numb3rs is a small fandom, made even smaller by the many pairings." is supposed to say, i.e. that because the fandom is splintered into pairings individual communities are even smaller than communities would be in a fandom of equal size with just one large OTP and gen, but the sentence as it is phrased now doesn't actually make sense, IMO.--Ratcreature 06:10, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

Article still needs Gen, het and femslash info

Assuming that the fandom has Gen, het and femslash activity, that is. <g> --Sherrold 19:32, 1 December 2008 (UTC)

It has gen but I don't really know what's "noticeable". As far as het goes, admittedly I've seen mostly canon pairings like Charlie/Amita, Don withvarious girlfriends or exes and Larry/Megan and sometimes OFCs as background in mostly gen stories, but I've never looked for pairing centric het. Femslash is rather rare I think, but I looked at the Numb3rs slash LJ comm and there was one Megan/Liz, three Amita/Liz, two Amita/Megan, and two Amita/Terry stories. Maybe more are posted elsewhere in femslash communities?--Ratcreature 20:22, 1 December 2008 (UTC)

Fan Rush Forums?

I feel that the message boards there need to be mentioned for Numb3rs fandom, but I'm clueless about that community. I only noticed its existence at all because I was curious about where all the alphabet fic was coming from (which turned out due to a 2007 challenge there), but it seems a really popular forum for Numb3rs fans?--Ratcreature 20:08, 3 December 2008 (UTC)

typical fiction length?

It's been my impression that Numb3rs has a disproportionate love for really, really short fiction, like drabbles and short snippets, and a tendency that also longer stories are told in separate ultra-short snippets that are then collected into 'verses. Far more than in other fandoms I'm familiar with. Is this due to a skewed sample on my part or have others had the same impression and it really is a Numb3rs fandom trait that should be mentioned here?--Ratcreature 09:21, 24 January 2009 (UTC)
