I'm a relative fannish newcomer, (although long-time lurker) who has only been actively participating in fandom since 2005, when I first got the livejournal brown_betty. (Named after the teapot, not the apple crisp, as is sometimes assumed.)
I write fanfiction, occasionally, although more recently I've become involved in fannish activism within comics fandom.
