Luckily, some of the essays were cross-posted to other sites. I managed to find "Writing Believable Jossverse Fluff" here and "Writing BDSM" is also on that site. Some of those Wesley essays were also listed on other archives but I, unfortunately, can't seem to access them. I even remember reading "English-Isms" but I'm not sure what site I found it on.
