Page name change suggestion

Should this be changed to "Life on Mars UK" to differentiate it from the American version that's premiering tomorrow? (which we could call "Life on Mars US") The naming convention would match what fandom settled on for the two Queer as Folk series. --Arduinna 05:10, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

I think what would work best would be to leave the main LoM wiki page and then have it have sub-pages to the LoM-UK and LoM-US versions. Hmmm? ....Mikey

Actually, no, a subpage solution creates significant problems (subpages of subpages, etc.) and we've been trying to avoid that with fandom pages. We had to move/restructure the whole Star Trek franchise because it became such a mess. I suggest we follow the disambiguation procedures and move the subpages to Life on Mars (UK) (currently a redirect), Life on Mars (US), and La Chica de Ayer. Life on Mars/Ashes to Ashes doesn't need to be moved because there already is an Ashes to Ashes page and they should be merged instead. Having the main Life on Mars page as an introduction to the different versions of the show is a good idea. :) --Doro 06:53, 19 January 2010 (UTC)
Yes. QAF has separate pages for US and UK series as well.--RatCreature 09:32, 19 January 2010 (UTC)
