As far as the terms are concerned I associate with this one more the political entity (Atlantis as a power in Pegasus, or becoming independent, or such), rather than the city itself as personality, but I'm not sure it needs a subpage.--Ratcreature 06:13, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

As a fan who's not familiar with this fandom, I wonder if the term "Lantea" should be in the first line of the description? And is this a canon word or a fanon one? --Mrs. Potato Head 23:15, 16 May 2011 (UTC)

Question one: yes, good point. Question two: both -- "Lantea" is a canon name for at least one of the planets the city of Atlantis is located on, and the name may also have been used in canon to refer to the city (and/or by other inhabitants of the Pegasus Galaxy to refer to inhabitants of that city). It is certainly a fanon word regularly used to describe inhabitants of the city and/or the city, especially in stories where Atlantis breaks away from Earth (where the city-state and its inhabitants are then with some frequency referred to in various fanworks as "Lantea" and "Lanteans").
