Talk:Homoerotic Subtext and TPTB
Slashwink Talk Page Moved Here
I made this whole page but now am unsure if is a recognized fannish term or one made up for this article? If so, does it need a new name? Or moved to be section of Fan Service? Or something else? --Mrs. Potato Head 21:05, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
- I think the term was made up? It would certainly fit on the Fan Service page. But I noticed we had a conversation earlier this year about what to do with another not-a-glossary-term page that described a related concept: Talk:Gay Panic. Maybe we can combine discussion of gay panic, bromance, and slashwink on a page like Homoerotic Subtext and TPTB. Found some meta on tumblr: Regarding Queer Baiting: What it Is and What It is Not.--æþel 02:21, 1 October 2012 (UTC)
- Good idea. I'll start a page with this title, add Gay Panic, Bromance, and Slashwink. It'll be more a rough draft than anything else and will need lots of others' input. --Mrs. Potato Head 12:40, 1 October 2012 (UTC)
Page Name
I went with this title. Keep in mind, what's here now is only a start, and I can be clumsy. As always here at Fanlore, everyone should feel free to rename, tweak, reorganize... --Mrs. Potato Head 12:56, 1 October 2012 (UTC)
