Talk:FictionPress
Is expansion necessary?
Is expansion for FictionPress necessary? I know a lot about the communities/events that happened there but I'm not sure if they qualify as Fanlore material. --Sparrow (talk) 20:46, 25 September 2017 (UTC)
- Hmm. The only fannish things about it I can think of are that it is a sister site of FFN and created by Xing. I don't know enough about the site personally to know if any of the fiction there is has any sort of emphasis on serial-numbers-filed off fan fic, or not. Perhaps this page can be combined and made a short section on the FFN page? What do others think? --MPH (talk) 22:24, 25 September 2017 (UTC)
- Hi, I'm back 6.5 years later to say that I like this fix and would be happy to do it sometime soon! Sparrow (talk) 06:16, 7 February 2024 (UTC)
- I think it would be better to keep it as a separate page, even though it is small, merging it with FFN would only make the other page unnecessarily giant. Even though it is the home for exclusive material, I believe we can find fan-related topics to add to the page and at least remove the stub sticker -- Ellakbhesse (talk) 00:44, 30 June 2024 (UTC)
