Talk:Enterprise Incidents (US Star Trek: TOS zine)
Okay, I've got like 30+ covers to this zine to upload. Problem is, I think it started out as a fan-compiled thing but then at some point morphed into something else. The index says only issues 4-6 contained fan fiction. http://klhalliday.com/Zinedex/ContentsE.htm#EnterpriseIncidentsVanHise
But that's not the real challenge. This zine became much more of a multifandom thing the longer it went on, sometimes containing no Star Trek content at all. And it appears it went pro or something. I'm not sure "fanworks" is the place for them, or it there's a better place for them to reside, if at all.
Another challenge: the titles are all screwy (special editions, cookbooks, "spotlights", regular issues), and I wouldn't dare be the one to sort them all out (I pretty much suck at knowing anything about ST zines). Is there a place I can "bank" all these covers where they can be seen so someone wiser can take a hit at them? Mrs. Potato Head 19:28, 29 August 2009 (UTC)
- I created a gallery and added everything you uploaded that had "Incident" somewhere in the title. Please check if this is what you had in mind. :) --Doro 19:58, 29 August 2009 (UTC)
- Thank you! I didn't want to lose the covers but am clueless to know what to do with them. Mrs. Potato Head 22:01, 29 August 2009 (UTC)
- Glancing at the topics at the zine index it seems it became mostly a multifandom non-fictionn zine, but the topics still seem media-fannish like about Lady Hawke, Back to the Future etc, and it is not as if fanworks were only fiction. So I think it is right to put this here in fanworks. Like fannish cookbooks are a whole subgenre of fanworks of their own anyway (I've seen them on the internet too) so it's not like those are odd topics for a fanzine as such. I think special editions are reprints of the regular ones.--Ratcreature 20:01, 29 August 2009 (UTC)
