Because there are more fandoms with "Arthur" characters than with "Morgana" characters that are likely to get pages? Like Arthur Weasley, or Arthur Petrelli.--RatCreature 17:34, 10 June 2010 (UTC)

That's true for Morgana as well though (several incarnations, etc.) and my point is there is no Arthur page. As far as I know we generally don't do preemptive disambiguation because it confuses the issue of when disambiguation is needed. --Doro 19:34, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
