I found a mention to "A. Nony Mous" in a 1977 APOTA. Was this a term used earlier in Science Fiction fandom? --Mrs. Potato Head 01:54, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
- I thought "A. Nony Mous" was as old as the hills and not fannish. But this article is about Anonymouse, which is another obvious wordplay that's probably been around just as long as Miss A. Nony. I think we need a professional linguist. Google tells me nothing except it's common now.--æþel 00:24, 21 November 2012 (UTC)
