Sweet Dreams was a small Lord of the Rings RPS AU archive. It was hosted by GeoCities.

The site had subpages for an introduction of the fandom, updates, fairy/folk tales, epics, links and info.

Introduction

Lord of the Rings Real Person Slash (LOTR RPS) is a relativly new fandom, started with the movies coming out, and the Alternate Universe (AU) stories are just as new. As such there are very few of them at the moment, but this is an ever expanding world, and more people seem to be writing them now. As such I've taken it upon myself to make up a web page for them. You will have to forgive the pink colour, but I love it.

All the stories on this page and in these archives are done using the actors and actresses from the Lord of the Rings Movies in alternate settings. Here Orlando Bloom can be a Prince or a begger. Elijah Wood could be the kid down the street. The possiblities are endless. The stories themselves are split into two catogries, 'Fairy/Folk Tales' and 'Epics'. If you're interested in submitting a story to me, go to the 'Info' area, it'll tell you everything you need to know.

And lastly, all authors in this archive have written these stories of fiction, this has not happened, honestly. As far as we know, none of these people are dating/screwing each other. If the very idea of two guys or girls going for it makes you gag I suggest you leave. Any flames making good fire starters and won't be taken seriously. Enjoy your stay ^_^

Disclaimer: The events in this story aren't true and didn't happen, any mistakes in the practices of the Arabian/Muslim culture are accidental. This is a work of fiction and the characters mentioned aren't ours, we've just borrowed them to play with ^_^

Summary: Danish Prince Viggo, upon renouncing his title and homeland, wanders far and looses himself in the desert of Au Nafud. Saved a moment from death by the head of the Caliph's guard, Viggo finds himself becoming a part of the Caliph's life and when Hugo offers him the chance to be his adopted son, Viggo can not say no. With the stature of an Arabian Prince Viggo finds himself drawn to many and many drawn to him. In attempting to help the weak he finds himself in a position he hadn't come across, the Master of a mismatched Harem.
