Superfan is a vague descriptive term occasionally used by fans and mundanes alike. According to Fancyclopedia 2 (1959): "Applied sarcastically to Claude Degler, or in humorous compliment to many BNFs — especially Redd Boggs."[1] It has been applied to many different kinds of fans: science fiction fans, sports fans, Star Trek fans, Harry Potter fans, etc.

Appearance in Canon

Former professional wrestler Mark Zout had "Superfan" as his nickname. His gimmick involved dressing up as other wrestlers and he was billed from "The Front Row of Every Show".
