Steve Rogers: PR Disaster is a podfic by RevolutionaryJo based on the fic of the same name by idiopathicsmile. RevolutionaryJo posted the podfic a few months after the fic was posted on Tumblr.

A clip of this podfic was played during an NPR story on "All Things Considered" about AO3's 2019 Hugo Award nomination: 'Archive Of Our Own' Fanfiction Website Is Up For A Hugo Award, Archived version (August 16, 2019). Permission was granted by both author and podficcer, and a tumblr post that circulated afterwards showed some fans were very excited to hear the mention on the radio:

I heard your fic on NPR today!!! (You probably already know about it but it was part of coverage of ao3 since it was nominated for a Hugo, and they played a bunch of podfic snippets.) It was just a few seconds of the Steve Rogers PR disaster one but I heard it and I was like WAIT I KNOW THAT ONE! I was so happy to hear it showcased, even for just a few seconds.

wild, right?? francesca coppa asked me for permission so i did know it was coming, but hearing my words (performed with skill and flair by revolutionaryjo) in the context of npr was still something else. so glad you enjoyed it too[1]
