Reactions and Reviews
1998
The beginning is a poetic personal log by Spock as he longs for a soul-mate—a “starscraping soul”—a lovely term. He had recorded it when he first came to Earth and now Kirk hears it.Silly, but cute banter: “Besides,” he reached a finger into a cooling semen drop and popped his finger into his mouth. “I have always wondered what my mother meant by ‘cream social’.”
Kirk laughed. “You mean ‘ice-cream social’, don’t you?” This was cute, but I especially liked the beginning narration by Spock. [1]
