Star Trek Cooking Manual is a Star Trek cookbook by Mary Ann Piccard. It is a 203-page for-profit mass market paperback. The cover claims it was "compiled by Mary Ann Piccard from the logbook of Nurse Christine Chapel."
It was created after Piccard "provided escort duty" for her 10 and 12 year old sons at the Schuster Star Trek Conventions/1978 (July) Philadelphia Schuster Star Trek Convention.
