Star Trek Battle Manual is a 29-page zine by Louis Zocchi to accompany a fan game.
Description
It was advertised in the first issue of Star-Borne in June/July 1972.
It puts you in command of an Enterprise, Klingon or Romulan starship during a simulated conflict. A 4" detachable drawing of each ship is in the center of the manual. The drawings are on hard cardboard and are used as playing pieces for the conflict, or regular plastic hobby store models can be used. Rules cover Photon torpedoes, phasers, deflector shields, warp drive, life support systems, sensors, impulse engines, the Romulan cloaking device, and high energy plasma beam. Capt.
