Spinifex is a podficcer who created an AO3 account in 2013. Some of Spinifex's podfics notably include a lot of sound effects and/or extensive use of music. Their podfics have also sometimes featured the voice of the original author, and they have also put out multivoice podfics with glittercracker.
Circa November/December 2022 they deleted their social media accounts and all of their AO3 works. The reasons were unstated, but according to comments from others, it appears that someone(s) was harassing Spinifex. They later reposted links to their podfic on AO3, but the original comments on the podfics, as well as AO3 "related works" links, are all gone.

Spinifex is an inspiration to me as a podficcer; they are doing stuff in their podfic on a level I've never heard before. I truly cannot IMAGINE how many hours of work they put into editing each podfic. This podfic has been expertly crafted to make your skin crawl. Not the Anthropoda-type of crawl; it's a psychological thriller with chilling ambient background noise that will make you wish you didn't listen to this podfic at nighttime (which you totally should!) The pacing, of both writing & narration, is, imho, what makes this podfic so incredibly fucking spooky. Specifically the purposeful pauses in the narration, the variation in speed of reading, the intentional silence and intentional lack of silence.wangxianpodfic [4]
