Spike/Drusilla is the pairing between Spike and Drusilla in the Buffyverse.
Canon
Introduced in the second season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Spike and Drusilla are longtime lovers and companions since Drusilla sired him the late 1800s. While Dru was more sexually open in their relationship, Spike remained deeply loyal and devoted to Drusilla. Drusilla eventually rejected Spike after his obsession with Buffy Summers consumed him.

With other pairings (S/B & S/X) becoming the more popular Spike pairings and Drusilla's only occasional appearance in flashbacks; many authors and web mistresses have lost interest.
