tailoredshirt writes some of the best humor in the fandom and this fic is an excellent example of her smart, cracky humor at it's best. She wrote this fic at a time when the fandom was saturated with fic dealing with Steve's incarceration at the end of season one in an angsty and often melodramatic way. She had a slightly different take... This fic is hilariously cracky and shows Steve absolutely loving his time in prison. He gets to rest, makes friends, enjoys the food, joins a book club, etc. It is laugh-out-loud funny and a great fic to return to whenever you need a good laugh.[1]
