snow dome is an Australian fan who was primarily active in RPS and rare fandoms in the early to mid-2000s.
She ran the Beyond Middle Earth archive and founded Our Rare Pairings, "a Quest to get authors to write rare pairings."[1]
Her fic was hosted on her author page, "snow dome's story tomb",[2] but taken down in mid-2002. At that time, all her fanfiction was on the multifandom archive fabulae. She also wrote a number of fandom guides for fabulae. When the fabulae archive was shut down in 2006, snow dome's new author page, "wishing on a snow dome", was hosted on the site.
About
snow dome was more of a fanfic writer back in the early naughties, preferring to write in peculiar fandoms such as Just Shoot Me and The Secret Life of Us, rarely returning to fandoms she tried to write in. You could say she was a one-shot wonder. In more recent times, she's only been able to manage drabbles, which aren't hosted here.– wishing on a snow dome, c. 2006
