The Sleeping Curse is a common trope in Disney-related fandoms. It can also be used in AU fanworks, as well as fanworks for canons with magic.
The Sleeping Curse puts the subject of the curse under a deep sleep and gives them an appearance of death. It's often cured by True love's kiss.
