Skye/Lincoln is the het pairing of Daisy Johnson/Skye and Lincoln Campbell from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..
Canon
Skye and Lincoln meet in season 2 when she is taken to Afterlife, a refuge for Inhumans. They develop a flirtation and Lincoln eventually betrays Skye's mother Jiaying in order to protect Skye and help S.H.I.E.L.D. save the world.
Season 3 saw Lincoln forced on the run after becoming a government target. He was taken in by S.H.I.E.L.D., though he distrusted them and only agreed to remain for Skye, who was now going by her birth name, Daisy. The two began a romantic relationship and when Daisy was possessed by the Inhuman Hive, Lincoln stopped at nothing in trying to get her back.
At the end of the season, Lincoln sacrificed himself in order to destroy Hive, telling Daisy he loved her before cutting communications and piloting himself and Hive into deep space, where their ship exploded. Lincoln's death drove Daisy to temporarily leave S.H.I.E.L.D. and go on the run as the fugitive Quake.
Fandom
Skye/Lincoln is an uncommon pairing, overshadowed by the far more popular Ward/Skye, Coulson/Skye, and Simmons/Skye. Still, fanworks can be found, often either angst from Lincoln's death or fluff imagining a happier ending for the two of them.
