Sara/Nyssa is the femslash pairing of Sara Lance and Nyssa al Ghul from the TV show Arrow.
Canon
In the canon, Nyssa and Sara meet after Nyssa saves Sara from near death. Nyssa takes care of Sara, trains her within the League and they fall in love. [1]
In Season 2, Nyssa arrives in Starling City to bring Sara back to the League of Assassins. Sara resists this, explaining that she can "no longer stand the killing". Nyssa does not accept this excuse and tries to force Sara to bend to her will. Later, Nyssa allows her to be excused from the League as an act of charity and to save Sara from killing herself in order to get away from the League[1]. Nyssa later returns with Sara Lance and a group of assassins to battle Slade Wilson and his Mirakuru soldiers with Team Arrow in order to save Starling City[2]. Sara then later rejoins Nyssa to go back to the League after the battle.

Because Sara Lance is the first confirmed LGBT superhero on the Arrow series, there was a flurry of enthusiasm generated by the LGBT community about Sara and Nyssa's relationship. Most of them are favourable, but some concerns were raised about the pseudo-abusive terms of the relationship.
While the Sara/Nyssa pairing is fairly rare in Arrow fanworks compared to the other pairings, the actual pairing for each character by itself is popular[3]. Nyssa/Sara is sometimes combined in a threesome pairing with Felicity Smoak (Sara/Nyssa/Felicity).
The actress that plays Nyssa, Katrina Law, has shown to be a fan of the pairing[4]. Stephen Amell has also shown to be in favor of the pairing as well[5].
