Rob Hitt was the drummer for Jersey emo pioneers Midtown. He currently works for Crush Management, who manages various bandom acts on DCD2 and its predecessor, Decaydance Records. These acts include Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, and Gym Class Heroes, along with Cobra Starship until the band ended in 2015 and frequent bandom producer Butch Walker. Hitt also runs I Surrender Records, who previously teamed up with Decaydance Records to co-release Rise or Try Trying and Explains It All by former bandom act Four Year Strong.
In Fanfiction
He is commonly depicted in fanfiction (the rare fics he's in!) as a sensitive dude with a gender studies degree. In real life, he does not actually have a gender studies degree.
