Rex/Ahsoka Tano is the pairing between Rex (CT-7567) and Ahsoka Tano primarily found in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars fandom.
Canon
Both Rex and Ahsoka are part of the 501st Legion for much of the Clone Wars. Ahsoka serve as Anakin Skywalker's padawan and the Legion's commander while Rex serves as the legion's captain for a significant portion of the war.
At the end of the Clone Wars when Order 66 goes out Ahsoka removes Rex's chip and they work together to escape.
