Reactions and Reviews
This story is like an episode (a really good episode), with slash and sex. Actually, if there were ever a Sentinel movie, this is totally my nomination for the plot for it. It's just awesome. I love the Blair in this story. He is tough, smart, and confident, everything I love about Blair, and hate to not see in a story.[1]
Action, angst, drama, danger, Brackett, love, sex, characterization - all wrapped up by a talented writer in a long story. Tell me one single reason why this should *not* be read.[2]
I'm fond of Brackett, myself, and thought he had a lot of potential as a villain (more than he had in Rogue, anyway.) This story has always amused me for its sheer scope and for the premise of Blair staying one step ahead of Jim in the chase.[3]
Blair gets entangled in Lee Brackett's web again, and of course that means that Jim is along for the ride. This story is a little long-winded, but the sex scenes are some of the best that I've seen.[4]
