Pre!Kako is the term for recursive Dreaming of Sunshine fics that feature a particular universe alteration, namely that Nara Shikako was born earlier than she was in Silver Queen's Dreaming of Sunshine where Shikako is Nara Shikamaru's twin sister. This is a trend started by the fic Pre!Kako by SatelliteFool.
